Job summary

Tammina is seeking an Application Developer in the Washington, DC area to contribute across the full software development life cycle for a comprehensive web portal environment.

The role requires US citizenship and ability to obtain/retain a government clearance. Notable experience includes ColdFusion, Adobe Flex, Java, and CMS platforms, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering.
• Experience with ColdFusion 9/10 and Adobe Flex development.
• Experience converting ColdFusion applications into Java.
• CMS experience with Drupal, Joomla or WordPress incl. setup and maintenance.
• Windows 2008/XP/Win7 environments familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements, develop designs and prototypes, implement, test, debug, verify, deploy and maintain application software across the SDLC.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed/maintained functionalities.
• Assist other developers, testers, and client stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Perform configuration management tasks for in-scope projects.
• Support Adobe Flex and ColdFusion application development.
