Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking a Lead ColdFusion Developer / Technical Lead to support a mission-critical DISA human capital management application. The role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, guiding a mature CFML/SQL Server platform and coordinating weekly and monthly releases.

You will troubleshoot complex production issues, review teammates’ work, and establish maintainable patterns. A Secret clearance, 10+ years coding, and 7+ years CFML are required for this essential role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software-development experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Adobe ColdFusion/CFML development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for ColdFusion/CFML development, sustainment, and troubleshooting.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance complex ColdFusion and SQL Server applications.
• Lead technical decomposition and estimation of RFCs, user stories, defects, and changes.
• Provide technical direction and code review while coding actively.
• Mentor developers and distribute critical knowledge across the team.
• Coordinate readiness for weekly and monthly releases.
