Job summary

Tracy Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee high-paced warehouse shifts, optimize people and processes, and ensure quality and safety. You will mentor staff, drive KPIs, and partner with leadership on PDPs while maintaining compliance with policies.

The role involves overseeing multiple warehouse areas, from handling to storage, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a freezer or perishables environment. Strong leadership and operational auditing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or General Studies equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED as an acceptable baseline.
• Experience with warehouse operations and leadership is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas (AOR).
• Manage daily activities of Warehouse Associates in order fulfillment and general operations.
• Instruct and oversee adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate on PDPs with the Shift Manager; coach and mentor associates.
• Lead KPI responsibilities: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget and Quality (Shrink).
• Conduct safety, quality, shrink, and operational audits and document findings.
• Conduct accident investigations per guidelines; document findings.
• Travel: No.
