Dutch Farms/Good Foods is seeking dedicated warehouse staff to accurately pick products for customer orders, organize items on pallets, and transport shipments to loading docks using pallet jacks and forklifts.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, and adherence to company policies is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a cooler or deep freeze environment.
• Push, pull, lift, and rotate; PDL 60-70 lbs; occasional 100-120 lbs with two-person lift.
• Excellent attention to detail and common sense.
• Reads and understands English to ensure proper product matching.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand customer orders from daily pick tickets and shipping requirements.
• Gather and organize ordered items onto pallets as needed.
• Move products from main warehouse to loading area using pallet jack, electric hand-truck, or forklift.
• Assist loading area to prepare and secure customer orders for shipping.
• Label items properly to prevent mis-shipments.
• Keep multiple customer orders separate.
