Job summary

PAK Quality Foods in San Angelo, TX, seeks a reliable Warehouse Operator to support a temperature-controlled food distribution warehouse. You will receive, store, pick, and load food products while ensuring accuracy and food safety compliance for timely customer delivery.

This full-time role involves operating forklifts and RF scanners, labeling inventory, performing cycle counts, and maintaining a safe, organized work area following GMP, HACCP, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
• Food distribution or cold storage experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments using RF scanners, verify quantities and quality against PO.
• Inspect goods for damage, spoilage, or temperature deviations and report discrepancies.
• Label and store inventory following FIFO and company procedures.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Pick and stage customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets.
• Ensure products are packed, palletized, and wrapped securely for transport.
• Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment.
• Verify outgoing shipments meet customer specifications and documentation.
