Qualifications

• 2-year college degree or equivalent
• 3 years warehousing experience in a moderate size warehouse
• 5 years supervisory experience required

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the operation of one or more customers within the cold storage facility
• Supervise receipt, storage, issuance and disposal of all items including specialized handling
• Assist HR with interviewing, hiring, and training of hourly positions
• Monitor employee morale and address issues with management
• Provide hands-on leadership to develop assigned personnel and teams
• Supervise general labor within unloading/loading operations and optimize staffing to balance costs and service
