Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods is hiring a Warehouse Team Member in Mundelein, IL. You will load/unload trucks, inspect goods for damage, and maintain organized, sanitary storage areas in a cold production setting.

Responsibilities include labeling and shelving products, communicating with supervisors and teammates, and operating forklifts to move boxes while addressing variances and traceability issues. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ experience loading/unloading trucks.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks.
• Review products for damage before shipments.
• Sort and place materials and items according to standards.
• Label products and store them in an organized manner.
• Communicate efficiently with supervisors and teammates.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards in the work area.
• Operate a forklift or hydraulic jack lift to move boxes.
• Address inventory variances and trace-and-track issues.
• Follow GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, USDA regulations.
