Job summary

Kilcoy is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to ensure high-quality distribution of food products by safely receiving goods and preparing orders. You will load/unload trucks, inspect items for damage, and organize inventory in a cold production setting.

The role requires forklift experience, GMP knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards. Teamwork, communication, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years’ experience with loading and unloading trucks.
• 1+ years’ experience of inventory control.
• Previous forklift experience; forklift certification preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks.
• Review products for damage before shipments.
• Sort and place materials according to organizational standards.
• Label products and store them in an organized manner.
• Communicate efficiently with supervisors and teammates.
• Maintain clean, neat, and organized work area per sanitation and food safety standards.
• Operate a forklift or hydraulic jack lift to move boxes.
• Work to solve inventory variances and trace-and-track issues.
• Follow all GMP guidelines. (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Performs other duties as assigned
