Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Production Associate for a temperature-controlled seafood production site in Doral, Florida. You will perform hands-on processing, grading, packaging, labeling, and operate automated vacuum packaging on an assembly line, while maintaining strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

This contract-to-hire role requires adherence to HACCP and GMP guidelines, ability to work 8–10 hour shifts in refrigerated environments (30–40°F), and a teamwork-focused approach to meet

Qualifications

• Experience in production, general labor, or production environments.
• Ability to follow HACCP and GMP procedures.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and wear PPE (hairnets, smocks, gloves, boots).
• Physically able to work 8–10 hour shifts in refrigerated environments (30–40°F).
• Stamina to stand/walk on concrete floors for long shifts.
• Ability to lift/push/pull crates up to 50 lb.
• Dexterity for fast, repetitive hand/wrist movements on a conveyor.
• Attention to detail in packaging, labeling, and quality grading.

Responsibilities

• Cut, clean, trim, and portion seafood according to specs and quality standards.
• Sort and grade raw materials and finished goods by size, weight, and quality.
• Operate automated vacuum packaging machinery and seal packages securely.
• Apply accurate labels with weight, date, and product information.
• Follow HACCP and GMP guidelines during processing and packaging.
