Job summary

Lineage is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Leader to manage daily activities, budgets, labor scheduling, and safety programs. You will guide a team, partner with Sales and Inventory Control, and drive improvements to meet service standards.

In this role, you will plan long-range labor needs, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high productivity in a dynamic, cold/dry storage environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse operations or direct warehouse management experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Demonstrated management skills with emphasis on guiding and developing a team, customer service, communications, and planning.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and employees of the organization.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Continuously improve operational procedures and inventory handling.
• Partner with sales, inventory control, and operations support to ensure product availability.
• Plan long-range labor needs based on forecasts and management input.
• Achieve KPIs for cost, productivity, customer service, profits, and team performance.
• Operate the facility in compliance with health, safety, and environment regulations.
• Analyze operational reports to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Build and maintain cross-department partnerships.
