Job summary

Savard Group in Biloxi, MS is hiring Warehouse Pullers to accurately pull, select, and prepare fresh produce orders in a very cold warehouse. You will use a WMS and voice headset, stack and palletize shipments, and ensure accuracy before shipping.

Shifts are overnight: Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00 PM–4:00 AM; Tue 8:00 PM–4:00 AM; Sun–Thu 7:00 PM–5:00 AM. This is temp to perm with commission-based earnings starting at $560+ per week.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in a VERY cold, refrigerated warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending and lifting throughout the shift.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Basic computer skills and ability to accurately count and match products.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts.
• Must wear steel-toe boots and required work uniform.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, select, and prepare fresh produce orders for customer shipments.
• Work in a very cold, refrigerated warehouse throughout the shift.
• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and voice-directed headset to locate and select products.
• Verify product quantities, labels, freshness, and customer specifications.
• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Stack, organize, palletize, and shrink-wrap orders for shipment.
• Follow proper inventory rotation procedures to maintain product quality.
• Inspect completed orders for accuracy before shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including cooler areas, pallets, racks, and loading docks.
• Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping cooler floors, removing trash, and organizing pallets.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and maximize commission opportunities.
