• Minimum 5 years of experience in a cold storage supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, FSIS, and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekend rotations and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blast cell management, product handling and storage procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory health with FIFO/FEFO and traceability.
• Lead, train and schedule warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Promote a culture of safety in alignment with OSHA standards.
• Prepare reports and communicate with internal teams and external partners.
