Job summary

MEDLOG Cold Storage is seeking a highly organized Cold Storage Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Rincon, GA. The role requires strong leadership, food safety knowledge, and experience managing high-volume cold storage activities.

Responsibilities include overseeing GMP and HACCP compliance, inventory health (FIFO/FEFO), and coordinating with QA, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely, accurate orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a cold storage supervisory or lead role.
• High school diploma or GED; additional certifications in food safety or logistics are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, FSIS, and OSHA regulations.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume operations with attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to BRCGS Food Safety standards and Food Defense protocols.
• Oversee blast cell management, product handling, and storage procedures; maintain FIFO/FEFO and traceability.
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity; promote safety and accountability.
• Open/close the facility as needed and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Prepare reports and communicate with internal teams and external partners.
