Paycom - ATS is hiring a Night Shift Warehouse Associate in Jacksonville, FL. You will read schedules and move items using a pallet jack, ensuring accurate handling and timely shipping.

This role operates in a temperature-controlled warehouse, including freezer and perishable zones, with potential weekend and night shifts. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a distribution warehouse and pallet jack experience, be reliable and able to lift 50+ lbs, and work well independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a distribution warehouse.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using ride-on pallet jack.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedule, customer orders, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed.
• Move materials from receiving or production areas to storage or designated areas.
• Operate pallet jack to move cases from storage to loading areas.
• Follow safety practices for truck and trailer pull process daily.
• Report safety concerns promptly to management.
• Move orders to loading dock to prepare for shipping.
• Record amounts of materials received or distributed.
• Maintain product integrity and report any damage.
