Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Kentucky is seeking a dependable forklift operator to move products and materials in cold and dry storage environments, following all safety standards and company policies. You will put away palletized units, pick items for outbound shipment, record weights and counts via RF, and perform daily forklift maintenance and charging station duties.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in English.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20°F to 100°F in cold/dry storage.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with variable noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet; monitor battery charge and charging station.
