Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring a Freezer Operator in Rogers, AR. The role involves maintaining freezer areas, operating motor-powered equipment, and working in temperatures from -10 to 34 degrees. Shifts cover A, C, and D with varying hours and overtime potential.

Pay is $18.95 per hour, with PPE provided and forklift training/licensing provided upon hire. Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, handle physical labor, and complete on-the-job paperwork.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Must have worked 3 of the last 6 months with 1 employer.
• Proficiency in reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and/or vacuum vestibules, aisles and bays in cold storage freezer.
• Sweep and/or vacuum dock.
• Clean and return equipment; clean walls of freezer areas.
• Follow safety rules and report damaged product to supervisor.
• Train on other jobs in facility and perform other duties as assigned.
