Job summary

Toft Dairy in Sandusky, OH is seeking a Full-Time Freezer Loader / Forklift Driver. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The role focuses on accurate order picking, moving products in a cold storage environment, and maintaining inventory with forklift and pallet jack use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and work in extreme cold.
• Forklift certification or tow motor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders (order picking) accurately and efficiently
• Monitor production lines and transfer finished product to freezer storage
• Move product within the warehouse using pallet jacks and forklifts
• Push/pull heavy loads safely and efficiently
• Maintain proper product rotation and organization within the freezer
• Ensure all work meets food safety and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the freezer and work areas
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with additional duties as assigned
