Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an Order Selector Operator A Shift in Edwardsville, KS. You will stack cases, load pallets, and operate a lowboy forklift in a refrigerated warehouse, using RF scanners and following safety policies.

This full-time role requires up to 12-hour shifts, lifting 70–90 lbs, standing long hours in cold temps, and willingness to cross-train. Tyson provides PPE after probation and opportunities for attendance incentives and shift premiums.

Qualifications

• 1 year forklift and warehouse experience with a single employer in the last 5 years.
• Cold storage experience preferred.
• Willing to frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 70 lbs and occasionally up to 90 lbs.
• Full range of motion of arms, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, digits and legs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and wear PPE as needed.
• Must pass post-offer health assessment and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Move around the work area at a fast pace during 12-hour shifts, lifting up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Use handheld scanner to track products loaded, unloaded, and moved in the facility.
• Possibly perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Follow Tyson Policies and Safety Guidelines.
• Be willing to cross-train and be moved to other areas as needed.
