Job summary

US1142 Buckhead Meat of Dallas, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support loading, unloading, depal, receiving, put-away, and order selection under PWMs.

You will work in freezer, cooler, and dry areas, with extreme temperatures, following safety and productivity targets. Responsibilities include moving pallets with MHE, performing forklift operations, inspecting for damage, replenishing stock, and maintaining clean work areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a functional capacity test.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must communicate effectively with supervision, management and co-workers.
• Must observe and communicate observations about equipment operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Follow warehouse management system directed tasking to transport pallets of product safely between staging areas following PWMs.
• Put away product using MHE, primarily a reach forklift.
• Inspect product for shortages, damage, quality, or deterioration and report to supervisor.
• Replenish product to full pallet or hand stack location from reserve location following directed tasking and PWMs.
• Remove shrink wrap, bands or tape when placing a pallet into a selection location.
