Job summary

Lineage is seeking a part-time facilities associate in Sharon, Ohio to maintain sanitation and safety standards across our facilities. The role runs Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 4 PM, with pay at $20 per hour and potential for additional duties in cold storage and dry areas.

You will operate floor cleaning equipment, pallet jacks, and handle cleaning chemicals while complying with all Lineage safety policies. The job involves lifting up to 20 lbs and working in varied noise environments.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Experience operating floor cleaning equipment and pallet jacks.
• Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work in cold storage and dry storage temperatures.
• Able to lift at least 20 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Understand instructions in English or Lineage's official language.
• Must work in noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, stairs, breakrooms and office spaces
• Wash and sweep inside facility and pick up discarded trash
• Perform general maintenance of entire facility including warehouse and freezer
• Remove ice and pick up pieces of pallets
• Keep grounds clean and free of debris
• May need to ensure cleaning materials are stock checked and secured after use
