As a Cold Station Cook, your responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and assembling all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and desserts, or prepping and preparing all food items offered in the restaurant. You will stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time, while upholding proper food safety and sanitation standards.
