Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble cold items such as salads, sandwiches, appetizers, and desserts per recipes and client specs.
• Ensure all products are stored, handled, and presented per safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and catering teams to meet event deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold production area; label and rotate ingredients to minimize waste.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
