Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead cold outfitting trades and schedules on newbuilding projects.
  • Ensure safety, on-time, within budget and compliant with requirements.
  • Coordinate with other outfitting groups to minimize space conflicts.
  • Manage shop-floor workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Track and report costs, schedule, and performance to the Project Manager.
  • Drive risk mitigation and assist with drawings and turnover activities.
