A S Aerospace Inc. is seeking a manufacturing operator to operate, troubleshoot, and adjust cold heading machinery in a high-demand production environment.

The role requires full-time attendance, a 10-hour shift from Monday through Thursday, and potential overtime depending on production needs. You will assist operators, monitor equipment, and help ensure parts meet customer tolerances.

**We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.****Daily tasks****:*** Operate, troubleshoot and adjust cold heading machine* Carry out production, inspection and machine operation duties.* Monitor production equipment.* Monitor the parts dimensions and part quality using assigned measurement tools and gauges.* Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain part quality within customer tolerance.* Keeps machines oiled and greased.* Performs minor tool modifications to include sharpening and adjustments to maintain integrity of parts.* Instructs and assists all operators when needed, filling in as required.* Pass along information to other shifts regarding problems jobs.* Maintain a safe and clean workspace.* Follow established safety rules and regulations.**Minimum Qualifications****:** **Position Requirements:** **Requires full work time only. 10 hours a shift- Monday to Thursday - overtime expected depending on production needs.
