Summary/ Objectives
Thrives to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance with equipment and maintain a high quality of customer satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities
1. Provide on demand technical support to customers including afterhours phone support.
2. Install, troubleshoot and repair diagnostic imaging equipment on their own with little to no assistance unless it requires additional manual strength.
3. Accurately document all service activities in accordance with the Company Quality Standards.
4. Submitting field service reports timely and according to functional standards.
5. Communicate with account manager on services.
6. Build a working bond between the customer and the company by being a helpful resource and asset to our customers that they service.
7. Manage and Maintain company assets required to perform all necessary job functions.

Supervisory Responsibility
Assist all field service supervisors and interns with service calls. Provide remote and technical assistance when needed.
Work Environment
This job operates in the field where the individual will be going to several different sites to and will be around a variety of medical imaging equipment.
Work Schedule
Salaried nonexempt employee working during and after business hours when needed to provide customer support.
Physical demands
The physical requirements that are essential to perform this job are to talk and to hear. It will also be required by the employee to frequently stand; walk, lift up to 75 Lbs; occasional use of a ladder; to use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Travel
Majority of this position requires travel to all sites for equipment repair. The individual in this position must be willing to travel and drive distances to get to a variety of sites. Travel includes getting on a plane or driving to get to a job site.

Education and Experience
• 5+ years of experience in the Medical Equipment Industry Required or Training Certifications as an equivalent
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Some college
• Cryogen handling experience a bonus
• Will train the right person who possesses a strong electrical mechanical skillset
