Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. in Waco, TX is seeking a Cold Forming Manufacturing Engineer to optimize our cold forming production processes and advance precision engineering in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will lead process improvements, support new product introductions, and collaborate with tooling shops and plants to deliver launches.

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering is required, and travel of 50–75% will be expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Hands-on cold forming/cold heading experience.
• Experience with steel, aluminum, alloys, tooling, dies and punches.
• DOE, SPC, Cp/Cpk, process capability, and continuous improvement.
• NPI, PPAP/FAI, pilot builds, and production launches.
• Root cause analysis, Lean/Six Sigma, scrap and downtime reduction.
• Experience supporting multiple plants, suppliers, or tool shops.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization of cold forming processes to improve yield and reduce scrap.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Support NPIs and production launches across sites.
• Collaborate with tooling shops to ensure capability and quality.
