Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is hiring for a full-time Cold Food (Salad) position to prepare and serve cold items such as salads and sandwiches. The daytime shift runs Monday–Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm at Navy Federal Credit Union, Pensacola, FL.

Compensation includes a fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour and a $250 hiring bonus after 90 days. Benefits and perks are available as part of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience with food preparation.
• Ability to follow HACCP and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift and carry containers up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and prepare items as directed.
• Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads to standards.
• Stock and replenish deli/cold products per guidelines.
• Transport food to/from workstations.
• Store food following HACCP wrapping, dating and rotation.

Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for a full time COLD FOOD (SALAD) position at Navy Federal Credit Union. The role involves preparing and serving cold food items such as salads and sandwiches. The daytime shift is Monday-Friday 6:30 am‑3:00 pm.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef.
• Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads using approved standards.
• Stock and replenish deli/cold products and condiments per guidelines.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations.
• Store food following HACCP standard wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain counters, work surfaces, refrigeration units and floors.
• Cut meats and cheeses to designated thickness on a slicing machine.
• Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with service standards and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment to comply with sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
