Qualifications

• Previous related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cuts and prepares deli meats, vegetables, and cheeses for sandwiches, salads and other cold foods.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef.
• Stocks and replenishes deli products and condiments following guidelines.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas per HACCP and safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
