Qualifications

• Ability to operate slicing equipment and work quickly in a busy prep area.

Responsibilities

• Cuts meats, vegetables and cheeses for deli items.
• Prepares and serves sandwiches, salads and other cold foods.
• Obtains daily production schedule from Chef and follows production standards.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and sanitation standards.
