Compass Group USA's Canteen division in Omaha, NE is hiring for full-time Cold Food (Salad) positions. Shifts are Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. Previous customer service and food service experience required.

You will slice and assemble deli items, prepare sandwiches and salads, and uphold HACCP standards. This role offers an hourly wage of $18.00 to $20.00 plus company benefits; online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Cuts deli items and prepares sandwiches, salads and other cold foods.
• Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads per production standards.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains prep areas and equipment.
• Maintains HACCP and safety procedures.
