Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time Cold Food (Salad) position at Kentucky Farm Bureau in Louisville, KY. The role involves preparing deli salads and sandwiches, slicing meats and cheeses, and maintaining a clean, sanitary prep area.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads using approved production standards to ensure proper quality and portion control.
• Slices deli items using slicer and prepares meals per daily schedule.
• Stocks and replenishes deli products and condiments.
• Maintains clean and sanitized work areas following HACCP and safety requirements.
• Interacts with coworkers to ensure service standards and inventory procedures.
