JBS Foods in Worthington, MN is hiring an hourly Production Team Member. The role is full-time; starting pay is $21.60 per hour with potential to reach $27.60 per hour, plus a $1 per hour shift differential for nights (6pm–6am).

You will work in cold environments, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate in a fast-paced setting with frequent overtime during peak seasons. Benefits include paid vacation, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and Minnesota sick time.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must stand for long periods of time.
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons.

Responsabilités

• Work in areas where livestock is being killed.
• Work in cold or freezing temperatures and damp conditions.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motions.
• Lift, push or pull objects up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Possible overtime, including weekends, during heavy season.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
