Job summary

Riverbend Meats in Idaho Falls seeks a Fulfillment Specialist to prepare and package customer orders in a temperature-controlled facility (~40°F). You will read orders, pick and inspect frozen products, and assemble shipments with care.

Responsibilities include packing with kraft paper, sealing boxes, handling dry ice, loading pallets, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while following food safety standards. Starting wage is $16.50 per hour with a 60-day review increase.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to communicate in English and/or Spanish.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for 8–10 hours per day.
• Detail oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Team oriented, dependable, and willing to help others as needed.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance in a fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer orders accurately.
• Pick and inspect frozen products in a refrigerated area (~40°F).
• Assemble and pack orders in shipping boxes with care.
• Seal boxes using tape machines and strapping tools.
• Handle dry ice per PPE guidance and safety procedures.
• Load boxes onto pallets or into trailers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
