Job summary

TMD Staffing is hiring for a range of production-related positions in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities include picking, packing, inventory control, and assisting with packaging and palletizing in a very cold environment.

Prior food manufacturing experience is preferred, and you may rotate through multiple roles to keep production flowing. Applicants should be able to pass a drug screen, have reliable transportation, and bring valid IDs.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and tracking within a production/packaging environment.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Ability to move between roles in packaging, production and inventory.
• Willingness to work in a VERY COLD environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Move ingredients, materials and products to appropriate areas.
• Assist with packing, palletizing and packaging checks.
• Monitor packaging for accuracy and double-check counts.
• Rotate through shifts and roles to support production flow.
