Job summary

Mastronardi Produce Ltd. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate in Laredo to work Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday. In this role, you will sort products such as peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers on the production lines.

The ideal candidate will maintain product quality standards, ensure a sanitized department, and assist in packaging while supporting co-workers to meet production goals. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and preferably have a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma is preferred.
• Related work experience in food production is an asset.
• Proficient with the English language, both written and verbal.
• Available to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain product quality standards.
• Assist in packaging/washing setup.
• Maintain a sanitized and organized department.
• Handle all sanitizing chemicals safely.
• Work as a valued team member to meet production goals.
