Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. in Pensacola seeks a Cold Drink Equipment Installer 2 to prepare, deliver, return, and move Coca-Cola vending machines and coolers. The role emphasizes safety, timely maintenance, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a valid CDL (Class A or B), forklift experience, and a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent). You will operate in compliance with UNITED fleet policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain CDL within 90 days.
• CDL Class A or B required and must maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• DOT Certification required and adherence to safety policies.
• English language proficiency (read, write, speak).
• High school diploma or GED or 6–12 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers, returns, and moves vending machines and coolers.
• General repair of machines (excluding refrigerant).
• Cleans equipment and machines.
• Performs general maintenance around cooler shop.
• Follows management instructions and safety procedures.

Job Description

The Cold Drink Equipment Installer 2 is responsible for the preparation, delivery, returning and moving of Coca-Cola vending machines and coolers by performing the following duties.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Delivers, returns, and moves vending machines and coolers
• General repair of machines, excluding refrigerant
• Cleans equipment and machines
• Completes general maintenance around cooler shop
• Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Valid chauffer’s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
• Valid driver’s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to retain CDL after 90 days of hire
• Valid class A or B CDL required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
• DOT Certification required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
• Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
• Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
• Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to analyze and problem solve to resolve any customer issues
• Ability to work with all functional team members
  

Physical Requirements

Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program. Position is required to wear safety toed shoes when performing the following tasks: Operating Powered Industrial Equipment or Working in an Area where Powered Industrial Equipment is in use, Fleet Maintenance, Working with Palletized Product, Use of Hand Trucks/Dollies to Deliver Product, Cooler Services, etc.
