Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management and ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; HACCP/OSHA certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping operations to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Manage order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipment scheduling.
• Optimize costs with carriers and logistics providers.
• Ensure accurate shipping docs and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor shipping metrics and implement improvements.
• Supervise prepricing, labeling compliance, and deadlines.
• Oversee chiller operations and cold chain integrity.
• Lead, train, and evaluate shipping, prepricing, and chiller teams.
• Ensure food safety compliance with USDA, FDA, HACCP guidelines.
• Control labor and material costs within budget.
