Job summary

Refeyn Inc. in Waltham, MA is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Assistant to support day-to-day logistics, warehousing, and inventory for the North American region. You will manage inbound/outbound movements, kit assembly, stock control, and order intake in NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities include data entry, customer inquiries, issue resolution, and coordination with couriers. The role is fully on-site at our Waltham facility with competitive compensation and core benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–6 years experience in logistics, warehousing, or stock management.
• Experience navigating NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM for orders and tracking.
• Ability to handle heavy palletized freight and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound receiving, stock put-away, and outbound shipping.
• Process orders and data entry in ERP/CRM systems; communicate shipping updates.
• Coordinate with couriers, hauliers, and suppliers; create invoices and docs.
