Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking an onsite Logistics Associate for a contract-to-hire role in Millbrae, CA. The position focuses on cold chain logistics, packaging system assembly, inventory management and shipment documentation to ensure product integrity in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will manage dry ice, temperature monitoring, and airline airway bills for domestic and international shipments while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Experience with cold chain or packaging systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble ready-for-use packaging systems for pick ups.
• Manage cold chain for shipments in all temperature ranges.
• Create shipment documentation as necessary.
• Manage inventory of packaging systems and components.
• Understand principals of cold chain management.
• Understand proprietary operating systems.
• Safely handle dry ice and perform shipment replenishment.
• Understand temperature monitoring device procedures.
• Issue airline airway bills for domestic and international shipments and return packaging assets.
• Identify product temperature and replenishment needs.
