CoinPoker seeks a Head of Agents to lead the global agent program in a fully remote role. You will own end-to-end program P&L, market selection, agent sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management while shaping the commercial strategy and growth across LATAM, CIS, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the agent program and its P&L end to end, covering market selection, agent sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.

• Set the program's commercial strategy, including growth targets and the sequencing of markets where agents are the right route in.

• Own the commission budget and the cost envelope the program operates within, and hold the program to its profit targets.

• Own agent policy, including permitted territories and channels, vetting standards, performance thresholds, and the grounds for removal, and enforce it.

• Negotiate agent terms and design the commission structures and tiering that reward genuine player value, securing internal sign-off before anything is committed.

• Own agent settlement, including the reporting agents are held to and the resolution of disputes.

• Act on regular ecology reviews of each agent's downline, addressing networks that extract from the player pool rather than contribute to it.

• Monitor agent performance on net rake and cohort retention, escalating underperformance early, removing agents who do not meet the standard, and reducing revenue concentration across the top agents.

• Collaborate with payments on the settlement rails each market requires, and with fraud and VIP teams on agent-introduced player behaviour.

• Recruit and manage the team of agent managers, assigning market coverage, setting targets per manager, and holding them to the performance and settlement standards of the program.

• Report monthly to senior management on program performance, market penetration, individual agent performance, and market dynamics, competitor agent activity, and emerging opportunities.

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:

• Direct experience working with agents and agent networks across LATAM, CIS, and Asia, with existing contacts in those markets, and a practical grasp of how commission structures are built, how downlines are tracked, and how settlement and disputes are handled.

• Judgment on where agents are the right mechanism and where they are not, defensible on the underlying barrier of payments, liquidity, or reach rather than on what competitors are doing.

• Established understanding of grassroots acquisition routes and the people who control them, including social and private poker communities, local card rooms, private game organisers, and local networks with existing player trust.

• Commercial and analytical discipline as a core strength, with the poker literacy behind it: evaluates agents on net rake, cohort retention, and the ecology they bring rather than registrations or deposits, and models the economics before agreeing terms.

• Demonstrated experience building and leading commercial teams, setting targets, holding people accountable, and developing managers rather than managing relationships in isolation.

• Vigilance regarding agent-side risk, including inflated downlines, incentivized signups, and bonus abuse, with the instinct to interrogate anomalous cohort data and the decisiveness to terminate low-quality agents.

• Experience owning an agent program outright, or experience with crypto settlement in markets with limited banking access, are strongly advantageous.
