You’ll get to:* Set up, operate, and maintain coiling and related production equipment to meet quality and production standards while following all safety and housekeeping requirements.* Work under the direction of the Foreman or assigned intermediary.* Set up and operate a variety of machinery such as mandrel coiling, strip machine, wire mills, milling, serrating, cut-off, Torrington, notching, strip feed, or reel side machine; notching machines; finishing machines or punching devices* Maintain setups by replacing perishable tooling and keeping machines production-ready.* Clean, color, sort, and package inserts/parts as required.* Inspect your own work to prescribed quality standards and correct issues immediately.* Accurately complete required records (counts, time, and production reporting).* Operate inspection and production reporting systems as required.* Immediately notify supervision of problems, delays, quality concerns, or safety issues impacting production..**Who You Are** You always strive to do a good job...but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
