Stanley Black & Decker in Willard, OH is seeking a Production Assembler to join the assembly team at our Willard Plant. You will complete production activities per ISO work instructions and ensure quality through visual inspections of parts and finished products.

The role requires manual dexterity, ability to read ISO instructions, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and participate in safety programs and continuous improvement
