Job summary

Instrument Transformer Equipment Corporation in Monroe, NC is seeking a Condenser/Secondary Winder to join our US-based team. You will wind coils, braid taps, and ensure quality while following safety protocols and production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret winding specification documents.
• Determine coil characteristics, count, and revision.
• Install mandrel devices and adjust machine settings for coil winding.
• Load conductor and insulating paper; ensure proper alignment and wind coil per instructions.
• Braze or bend taps and lead into coils at specified locations.
• Ensure quality and safety; cross-train in other manufacturing areas as needed.
