TruCut is seeking individuals for an overnight manufacturing role focused on testing, inspection, and verification of coil components before shipping. You will be trained to test, inspect, and verify finished coil components to ensure they meet quality standards and perform as expected.

The position emphasizes hands-on, detail-oriented work in a clean, modern facility with opportunities for training, advancement, and overtime. We value accountability and accuracy in record-keeping.

Formación

The Role

Work Schedule & Expectations

We’re hiring to support our Overnight shift as we continue to grow:
Overnights: Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday

Shift assignments will be discussed during the hiring process.

Overtime is common as we continue expanding our operations.
We’re upfront about this because the role comes with strong earning potential for those willing to contribute.
