Job summary

KLX Energy Services LLC is seeking a Coil Supervisor for the Odessa, TX area. The role oversees field service personnel, manages onsite operations, and ensures compliance with safety and client expectations.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of related experience, a valid NCCCO crane license, a Class A CDL with X endorsement, and a current Well Control certificate. The position requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Less than High School Education.
• Work Experience: 2-4 years in related field.
• Current Well Control Certificate required.
• Valid NCCCO Crane Operator License required.
• Valid Class A Driver’s License with X endorsement and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervises field operations at the wellsite, yard, and other locations.
• Plans and coordinates operations using equipment and procedures.
• Ensures adherence to HSE standards and conducts daily pre-job safety meetings.
• Operates cranes at wellsite or other sites.
• Prepares and delivers field tickets, job detail reports, and maintenance forms.
• Trains and mentors trainees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
