Job summary

Coilplus, Inc. is seeking a Recoiler/Exit Operator in San Antonio, TX to assist the operator with Slitter equipment, inspect material, and discharge product to meet customer specs.

You will be part of a team focused on reliability, quality, and safety while supporting busy manufacturing lines. The role requires basic reading, tape measure and calipers usage, basic math, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing comprehension in English (to read work order instructions, safety, and policy manuals).
• Ability to read a tape measure and calipers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient in basic math skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow and give instructions.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work closely with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist operator in configuring machine to proper dimensions for production.
• Inspects finished material prior to packaging.
• Builds Exit Separators.
• Discharges final product from machine.
• Maintain a clean work environment by keeping work area free of trash and scrap.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
