Job summary

Coilplus Inc. is seeking a general laborer to support daily production operations in a steel, stainless steel, and aluminum processing facility. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, banding coils, weighing, and assisting in packaging to meet customer specifications.

The role requires basic reading/writing in English, basic math and communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Prior metals experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, moving, weighing, and banding of finished product.
• Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks and machine operators as needed.
• Ensures accurate coil identification and proper packaging of finished product based on customer requirements.
• Assist machine operators as needed. Operate all mobile production equipment.
• Maintain a clean work environment by keeping work area free of trash and scrap.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
