Job summary

KLX Energy Services LLC seeks a Coil Supervisor for Cheyenne, WY. You will supervise field personnel on site, coordinate operations, ensure safety and quality, and support customer needs with strong attention to regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes safety, job planning, and staff training while maintaining documentation, procedures, and teamwork across operations and client interfaces.

Qualifications

• High school education or higher with related experience.
• 2–4 years of field supervision or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license (and preferred CDL) is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all personnel and provides technical support for operations on site, ensuring safety and quality.
• Communicates with customer, rig crew and field support staff.
• Plans and coordinates operations using technical expertise to determine equipment needs and procedures.
• Instructs personnel on safe operation of equipment and enforces SOPs.
• Promotes HSE programs and ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
• Conducts pre- and post-job safety meetings and inspections.
