Qualifications

• Education: Less than High School Education.
• Work Experience: 2–4 years.
• Related Experience: Valid Class A Driver’s License with X endorsement and acceptable driving record; Current Well Control Certificate; Valid NCCCO Crane Operator License.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and provides technical support for operations at the wellsite and yard.
• Plans and coordinates operations; advises client on procedures and onsite troubleshooting.
• Promotes HSE program and ensures compliance with regulations and standards; conducts daily pre-job safety meetings.
• Operates cranes at the wellsite and other locations as needed.
• Prepares and delivers job documentation including field tickets, reports, and safety forms.
• Trains, coaches, and mentors trainees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
