KLX Energy Services LLC is seeking a Coil Supervisor in Cheyenne, WY to lead field operations, supervise on-site personnel, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance. The role involves coordinating with customers, planning equipment usage, and guiding field crews across the wellsite and yard.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of related experience, strong leadership, and solid communication skills. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with MS Office proficiency and a CDL preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervises field personnel on site including safety and quality assurance
• Coordinates operations at wellsite and yard locations
• Plans and directs equipment usage and procedures
• Trains staff on equipment operation and SOPs
• Ensures compliance with HSE and regulatory standards
• Conducts pre/post-job safety meetings and inspections
• Delivers job documentation including tickets and reports
